Meta data deletion
You remain in control of the Meta advertising connection you authorize for SocialRIZ.
Disconnect Meta Ads
- Sign in to SocialRIZ and open Connections.
- Find Meta Ads and select Disconnect.
- SocialRIZ removes the encrypted Meta credential and selected ad-account details, then requests authorization revocation from Meta.
Requests initiated by Meta
If you remove SocialRIZ from Meta or request deletion through Meta, Meta sends SocialRIZ a signed request. After its signature is verified, SocialRIZ removes the associated Meta authorization data and returns a confirmation code with a completion-status page.
Delete your complete SocialRIZ account
Removing a Meta connection does not delete your independently created SocialRIZ account, business information, or approval records. To delete your personal account, sign in, open Organization settings, choose Security, and select Delete my account. You will be shown any active work or provider connections that must be resolved before deletion can finish. If you are the last owner of a workspace, that workspace will close and its active subscription will be canceled as part of deletion. Workspaces with another owner remain available to that owner. If you cannot access your account, contact support from its email address and include your organization name.
